SPEAKER: Donell Harvin, NYC Department of Health, Office of Chief Medical Examiner
Mr. Harvin, a member of the Regenhard Center's Advisory Board, will provide a comprehensive overview of how to plan for incidents involving mass fatalities from the local and regional perspective, the role of the medical examiner, and how mass fatality management can be integrated effectively into any Incident Command System (ICS) structure.
