Do not leave your GPS in your car especially when valet parking.
Do not program your home address into your GPS
Thieves can use the GPS to guide them to the house.
Do not use contact names such as Mom Dad etc.
If you lose your pocketbook along with your phone thieves can text your spouse asking for info such as PINís and withdraw money from your accounts.
Always confirm text messages with a call before giving security info
Try to leave lights on in back yard. Motion lights are best.
Make sure you lock second story windows when you are not home as burglars often use the second story as entry points.
Do not let shrubs grow above window level as it gives burglars opportunity to break in undetected.
Always make shore your screen door is kept locked as it creates a second barrier to prevent push ins.
