A Chance to Meet The Pope


NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- When Pope Benedict XVI comes to New York next month, he's planning a visit to The World Trade Center site on Sunday, April 20th. Relatives of 9/11 victims will have the chance to be part of a small group to greet The Pope there. Anyone interested can enter a lottery to be a part of that group. Reporter Peter Haskell spoke with two women who have entered the lottery.

'If I had the opportunity, I'd like to give him my son's picture. And, just tell him a little bit about my son,' said Marie Visciano.

Visciano's son, Joseph, worked in Tower Two.

The lottery deadline is March 24th.

To enter the lottery, go to the Archdiocese of New York website.
