Dear families and friends,
This is a second reminder.
Some of you have already responded to me.
Please forgive the mass-mailing if you have already indicated that you will/ will not be attending. Quite a few people have written to say that Friday, Feb 22 is right in the winter break week for many schools. As a result many people have planned vacations....no judgments here...we all need to revive ourselves and to spend time with our families. But, those of you who can attend, please, please, it is essential that we show strength in our numbers.
If you will be away, you can still send this information on, asking others to attend.
The City the judge, the media MUST see that proper burial is important to us.
A large presence both at the 10:30 press conference and at the 12:00 noon court session is very important.
So, below is the notice I sent out previously. Pardon the repetition.
Please attend if at all possible.
Bring family, clergy, friends....
Blessings on you all, Diane

Judge Hellerstein has granted a date for oral arguments in our suit asking for the decent and proper burial of our dead. It is essential that we have a strong showing for this open court session. We urge everyone to attend. Information is as follows:
Date: Friday, February 22, 2008
Time: 12:00 noon
Location: United States Courthouse (Daniel Patrick Moynihan Building)
500 Pearl Street
New York, NY 10007
Courtroom: Judge Alvin Hellerstein 14D (check location of courtroom that day)
Questions: contact Diane Horning 908-654-5244
WTCFamiliesforProperBurial@comcast.net
We will hold a short press conference at 500 Pearl Street at 10:30 A.M.
We urge you to be present then as well.
Following our statements and any questions from the media, we will need ample time to go through security screening before entering the building.
Please give yourselves plenty of time.
This has been a long hard struggle. Your support is invaluable.
Please forward this message to any and all interested parties.
Thank you,
Diane Horning,
