Council Members to Consider Resolution on 9/11 Health and Compensation Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman Jerrold Nadler (NY-08) and Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney (NY-14) will attend and testify at a New York City Council hearing on Wednesday, February 6, at 10 A.M. At the hearing, the Council will consider Res. 1058, a resolution calling upon the House of Representatives to pass, and the United States Senate to introduce and pass, H.R. 3543, the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. Reps. Nadler and Maloney, along with Rep. Vito Fossella (NY-13), are the principal authors of H.R. 3543.
