|Over the past few weeks items have been found under the haul road such as bits of computers and desks.
Just this past week human remains have been found just under the blacktop of the road.
It has been our contention, one which has been supported by people who worked on the original clean up, that in order to quickly complete the haul road to facilitate truck traffic shortly after 9/11 that fill from the site was used.
The mayor’s office has vehemently denied that this took place and has gone on record stating that only clean fill was used in the construction of the haul road.
Please find the definition of clean fill below
An uncontaminated nonwater-soluble, nondecomposable, inert solid such as rock, soil, gravel, concrete, glass and/or clay or ceramic products. Clean fill shall not mean processed or unprocessed mixed construction and demolition debris, including, but not limited to, wallboard, plastic, wood or metal.
Since the mayor’s office has refused to fully excavate the haul road, and has only dug a trench ranging from 18 inches to 8 feet deep they should only be at a level where clean fill was used.
How then can they explain that debris from the WTC and human remains have been recovered from the material removed.
If as they have stated on the record that only clean fill was used we should not be finding any remains at these levels.
It is obvious that someone is not telling the truth.
We need only add this to long list of lies that have become commonplace during the recovery effort.
Put It Above Ground
